This base eliminates the need for guess work once it has been installed into your vehicle. Plus, the patented, anti-rebound bar stabilizes the car seat and minimizes rotational forces during impact for added safety.

Easy-to-Install and Adjust
The Chaperone Base allows for quick, easy installation with lower LATCH connectors, compatible with most current vehicles. The premium, push-button system provides a tight, secure fit and makes it simple to install or remove. Or, you can use your vehicle's safety belt to secure the base to the car.

The built-in lock-off feature secures your vehicle's safety belt so that the car seat does not move more than one inch side-to-side or front-to-back at the belt path. The recline-adjustment knob allows you to quickly adjust the height of the base for proper seat angle and positioning.
